"Our greatest glory is not in never failing but in rising every time we fall." Confucius
It is our goal to provide the opportunity for our youth to find as well as define their path for their future and inspire them to believe that they are capable of reaching their goals.
Objective #1 - Our Transitional Living program provides safe, affordable housing for youth aging out of the foster care system through the Michigan Youth Opportunities Initiative (MYOI) ages 18 to 24 for up to 4 years.
Objective #2 - Life Skills Training - through Michigan Youth Opportunities ( MYOI) and other Community Partners. Youth will apply these life skills as they "learn" to transition out on their own and into adulthood successfully.
Objective #3 - Youth develop individual, attainable, short term and long term goals for their future. Hosanna House will guide these goals to ensure that our youth are prepared for the next stage of their lives.
Objective #4- We provide committed mentors for youth in our program to help them as they learn to transition. Building a positive relationship with at least one caring adults is important for foster care youth as they learn to transition.
